Staying Plugged In

The most important factor in keeping your money safe is you. You have to constantly monitor your accounts and check for anything that may not be right. You credit union has several ways for you to stay “Plugged In” to your money 24/7. You can always call us with your questions, but we are not always open when you need to check on something.

Here is the “How-to” of "Staying Plugged In”

INTERNET TELLER

  1. Go to www.wkfcu.org, click on Internet Teller. A box will pop up about other internet addresses. Read it and click OK.
  2. Enter your account/member number (This is the same number.) and email address. After you get setup, you will only be asked your email address from time-to-time.
  3. You will be asked if you are using a personal or public computer. click the appropriate button and continue.
  4. You will be asked for your password. YOUR INITIAL PASSWORD IS THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
  5. You will be prompted to select a new password. It should be 8 characters, with at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number.
  6. You will be asked for a confidence word. It can be anything. You will see it when you log in to confirm you are on the correct website.
  7. You are signed in. You can see your balances, account history, transfer funds and set up text or email messages by clicking on the choices listed on the left-hand side of the page. Remember to logout.

MOBILE APP

  1. Go to the App Store on your iPhone or to Google Play for Android and follow the instructions to install the Willis-Knighton Federal Credit Union Mobile App.
  2. You must be enrolled in Internet Teller to participate.
  3. Log-in with your WKFCU Internet Teller Login ID (account/member number) and password. Your accounts with the balance in each one will pop up. Touch the account you want to look at to see transactions. Select an icon at the bottom of the screen to transfer money, pay bills and more. Remember to Log Off.

MOBILE DEPOSIT

  1. Log-in to your WKFCU Mobile App and select the deposit feature at the bottom.
  2. Your first step is to Register. Complete the requested information. You should be notified within 24 business hours.
  3. When you are ready to make a mobile deposit, Open the App, Select the Deposit Feature.
  4. Select the account to receive the deposit and enter the check amount
  5. Endorse the back of the check with: Your Signature, your account number and print “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY WKFCU”
  6. Snap photos of the front and back of your endorsed check.
  7. You will receive confirmation that your check is being processed. It may take up to 24 hours for the deposit to be available. Deposits make on weekends and holidays should be available the next business day.
  8. All checks are subject to the same guidelines for holds as it they were deposited at a branch. Keep your original check until the deposit is complete. Check Deposit History under the Mobile Deposit feature for the status of your deposit.

SHAZAM BOLT$ DEBIT CARD APP

  1. Download Shazam BOLT$ for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play or log into bolts.shazam.net and enter your full debit card number.
  2. You can temporarily block and unblock your debit card yourself, set up to receive fraud alerts, monitor your checking account balance and set it up to receive a text each time your debit card is used.

MOBILE TXT BANKING

  1. Go to our website, www.wkfcu.org.
  2. Sign in to Internet Teller.
  3. Click on Communication Button at the top of the home page, choose TXT Banking and follow the prompts. You will enter your cell phone number and select a pin. Click on Show Help for instructions on using TXT Banking.
  4. If you need to change your PIN, Select Edit under List of Authorized Numbers for My Account.

TELEPHONE TELLER

  1. Dial 212-0612 from any touchtone phone.
  2. Enter your member/account number, followed by the # sign.
  3. Enter you password (Your initial password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number). You will be prompted to change your password.
  4. Listen to the options and select the one you want by pressing the appropriate number.
