A share certificate is similar to a CD and is an investment tool designed to earn higher dividends for a limited time. You can open a certificate with a minimum of $1,000 for terms from 6 months to 5 years. See Rates for our current rates. (A penalty is imposed for early withdrawal. Rates are subject to change.)
